Thank you for shopping with Miloe. This policy explains how and when your order will be delivered.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order has been dispatched. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.
Delivery times
- Australia: 5–12 business days, depending on the item and destination.
- International: 10–20 business days to selected countries.
These are estimates. Occasional delays can occur due to carrier or customs processing outside our control.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout. We may offer free shipping over a minimum order value — see the banner on our store for current offers.
Tracking your order
A tracking link is emailed when your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, contact us at support@miloe.com.
Lost or delayed orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, please reach out and we'll investigate with the carrier and resolve it.
