Where do you ship? We ship across Australia, with international shipping to selected countries.
How long does delivery take? Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Australian delivery typically takes 5–12 business days depending on the item and your location. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.
Will I get tracking? Yes — a tracking link is emailed automatically once your order is dispatched.
Returns & guarantees
What's your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy on unused items in original condition. See our Returns & Refund Policy for full details. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law always apply.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty? Contact us within 7 days at support@miloe.com with a photo and we'll make it right — replacement or refund.

Is this gear suitable for beginners? Absolutely. Most of our products come with simple brewing guidance, and we're happy to help you choose the right setup.
Will accessories fit my machine? Most espresso accessories are standard 58mm. If you're unsure, email us your machine model and we'll confirm before you buy.
