We want you to love your gear. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
30-day returns
You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
How to start a return
Email support@miloe.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send instructions. Please don't send items back before contacting us.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with a photo and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. For faulty or incorrect items, we cover it.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded — you're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
